Dementia Action Week 2025 – 19th – 25th May

Dementia Action Week is a national week organised by the Alzheimer’s Society. There will be a number of drop in events taking place throughout Wokingham Borough and beyond, to mark the week and provide an opportunity for people to come and find out more about diagnosis, as well as support for carers and other dementia-related services in the local area. We are taking part in this alongside our partner organisations Age UK and the Link Visiting scheme, as well as number of other organisations and charities.
