DESCRIPTION:Come along and join us for a fab fun afternoon of aerobics, to raise funds so that we can continue to train and support family dementia carers, within the Wokingham area and beyond! No aerobics experience necessary, the SimplyFit instructors will be showing you all the moves, and the afternoon will be broken down into short chunks with plenty of breaks – the emphasis is on having fun and raising money, not on being mega fit or getting all the steps right! The afternoon always has a great atmosphere, is suitable for any fitness level and children aged 5 and over are also welcome.
